does any one know whats best for cleaning vinyl

I recommend the Mr. Sheen method.

Spray the record with a light covering of Mr Sheen
Rub into the grooves with a soft cloth in a circulaar motion
Play the record, and watch all the crap get scraped out of the grooves
Blow crap off record
