clickme.exe in apps

found a trojan in this file and ive stupidly gone and deleted the whole file from my c drive and emptied the recycle bin!!!

have i done me pc some harm or is it something and nothing arghhhhhh :$ :$ :$

help needed pretty please

my pc seems to be ok - got rid of the trojan anyways lol
