Yeah it was me you outbid as well.... Feck. I'd been watching it all week, and last night it was still only at a few dollars so I thought my bid would be safe. I was GUTTED when I got up this morning... GRRRR, I knew I shouldn't have gone to bed.... :sleep:

I e-mailed the seller about that and turns out he'd settled for £30! I told him I'd have paid more and that there were prolly loads watching it - he didn't reply, lol... :axe:

Sorry again mart ;) Yes it was me who pipped you on the Lovebase tune. I take it your ebay name is 'beforeplayer' ?

I saw your post a bit back about the techno age auction you were watching which ended early. I was worried it might happen here so I offered him £50 to end it early (which I dont normally do) but he declined and sounded a real good sport in that he would stick to the rules of ebay , I didnt mind that because at least I knew it wasnt going to be done by anyone else.
I'm well chuffed that I paid less than half what I offered him.

I've only seen it twice before , once in 1992 for £10 which I had no money on me and then in 1994 for £25 in Vinyl exchange and I thought no way am I paying that ! ... foolish
I hadn't seen it for sale since until now and was starting to think I would have to pay some crazy price , but then again there wasnt a copy available to pay a crazy price for...
