comp problem 2 ....

just been given an ipod for crimbo from my uncle (i know, lucky git) and when trying to install it, the cd that is .... i'm just getting 'unable to install' messages and 'missing ddl file' or sumet :S reckon this is to do with my comp ot being quite right at the mo .....

gunna shift a load of files i have clogging up my drives onto cds over the next couple of days to free a load of space .... hopefully this will help things, but is there something else i can do/run to clean her up/make her feel better? hehe

any info appreciated as always nice one

not sure what you need to get these things going but can u not just download itunes and transfer everything using that???

failing that ask on the other one bud...froz, olf etc have ipods

cheers andy fella but sorted now ..... just realised i had approx 5mb left on the whole of my c:drive lol reckon that could have been the problem sweeeeet, i'm part of the ipod generation as of today
