Connecting a Mixer to the PC?

I've gotten hold of a Citronix Pro 3 USB mixer, what cables do i need to connect it to the PC to use instead of virtual dj's buttons/knobs and where do i stick them lol

got the inbuilt 5.1 sound card (including front connections) & also fitted a soundblaster audigy 2 zs

i seen that thread, but i'll be using vdj's decks & mp3's, so is this still all i'd need, thought i'd need to connect up with line/phono from the channels?
