It's weird this thread has come up, cos I was thinking along similar lines yesterday, when I saw this cover amongst some of my tunes. I actually bought this for the cover and insert. The album is Brain Salad Surgery by Emerson, Lake & Palmer. It was designed by H. R Giger who created the creature in the Alien Movies. it is probably my favourite cover (Although not dance related).
