To do this copy your connection in to ya start up folder and make sure connect automatically is connected. That way you will be online as soon as ya pc booted and ya mails should automatically download as long as each account is set to use your default connection.2, Not too sure on this one but i am sure it gives you the option before it downloads as too where to point it too.
