I might be wrong, but I think that the same Graphic Designer did the covers on both. It may have been cheaper and less hassle to do printed tapes, instead of stickers in 1998, which may be the reason for the change. There was also the move to CDs in 1998. Just my thoughts. I wish someone would come forward and take ownership of their creations.</p></blockquote><p></p>
