He will be visiting you at your house shortly to try gain your vote.he gets my vote. I've emailed dave hill, noddy, ozzie, lenny henry, jasper carrot and barry from auf wiedersehen pet. they'll be along shortly to cast their votes.
Heh heh, wasn't trying to open a can of worms... Just erks me that there are loads of spam visitors and the site details seem to be inaccurate.. There's always more 'new posts' than there actually is and there's always loads of guest visitors, are these even real people.
I'm not even sure what a mod does or what powers they have.

I agree u never see a Mod here no more, dont know why? Coz im sure they still v passionate about there music.
I always payed my subs, but just waiting to see wats going on, i do tune in to your shows (sam) on mondays when i can.. It does need people with more time to be involved just not sure bout djperks,,,, sorry its not rp

he's someone who consistently plays on osa, is always trying to get others to play, is always starting threads or contributing to them and is always in the shoutbox.
we need someone who does all the above in order to have our respect when they make decisions on our behalf, ie. banning people or deleting threads/posts. reetlad and sam could do it as well.

Wouldn't it be better if there were a group of Junior Mods...each in charge of only 1 eve, and ultimately governed by the existing moderators, It would take a lot of the hassle out of it for all involved.
Monday Club...Sam, he set the pace and standard so would be only right to let him take the wheel...but with a new baby wouldn't or couldn't find time every day/eve.
Tuesday...Kicked off at 7 by Jonathan1990, who puts in the hours every week, on here and other stations, or should I not say that sort of thing? If J90 was in charge of his own night he could bring more of the same vibe to account for all tastes.
Wednesday Pick 'n' Mix...Top selctor Greg who ALWAYS...ALWAYS puts in a sterling set of choonage, again he has set the benchmark for others to follow and would be great to have another 2 hours of the same shizzle from a 1st generation DJ with quality control by sample_city.
Thursdays Throbber...Radish, nice chap and deffo a crowd puller... but you're never here man and once peeps have breezed in and out of the shouty with no live DJ, that's it for the eve...would be a different story if we had guys like Ivan, Pres Ed, Siman91 dropping some selct cuts from their extensive and time aquired collections for us all to jizz over in the shouty , of all the possibilities...this one is the night that would pull me in from anywhere
Friday Fun...Superdan and JackG are the residents supreme and we all know what to expect in terms of quality and choonarge, just one more DJ would make a full house and take it up to 9pm....Reet springs to mind cos he';s a right Booth Bunny on a Friday eve. I know Bod plays on some fridays but also has to work around his work shifts...you could easily cover for him and achieve a well deserved slot for the time and effort that you have put in mate.
Saturday Free Zone...kept unbooked for live broadcasts and spontanious events...great idea...when are they? I would love to go to all the OSA events...in Manchester??? 300 miles away, so please sort out the tech issues for the next one...then we can all be there to enjoy the night, hows about some video footage as well, everyone has got a camera phone these days.
Sunday Free For All...An all day mash of OSA members with no format, free and easy for all to enjoy and specifically left for the DJ's that can't/won't commit to a regular slot...this could also apply from 9pm on all nights...It might even open up the possibilities of having DJ's from other countries playin...Stylus was pukka the 2 times he played, Adz also...where is he?
We are all adults, apart from Reet and Ivan \o/, and it's totally understandable that life and family commitments can get in the way of "us" time...kids, extra shifts at work and all that erratic bullshit dictate any social life that's to be had online or otherwise...which is why there is a schedule, without that how can new people check us out?
I was in the shouty the other week and an American guy pops in, says hello and asks for some tune ID's. He's a nice chap and very enthusiastic about old school house in his own country...could easily bring new members in on mass...but with no schedule to go by he/they can't..prob the same to be said for others around the globe who aren't on GMT.
I bought Parky over from RP on Monday eve, an idea that Olli, myself and Comm have been cooking up for a while, he put in a sterling performance and was made up to be playing OSA...how many of you tuned in?
How many of you would've tuned in if the schedule was updated? How many of you think that other sites are somehow a lesser deal than OSA...because they're not. If we ALL don't pull it together it's just gunna dwindle into a blend of whatever the current incarnation of dj's are spinning and not be a true representation of what Old School was like...this was the last cutting edge youth movement of our time, we changed the fkn world with our message of peace and unity...litterally from the ground up, fashion, tv, radio, street culture, the way music is made period...."one love" means exactly that, it's not just a lick in a choon...all cultures and tastes uniting for the bennefit of everyone.
PS...I don't want to be a moderator thanks chaps \0/ I already play on 3 other sites and have a fourth lined up....OSA is all about Monday Club for me and I'm well happy with that...me and Sam rock the house down every week and shall continue to do so with a guest dj after me...subject to approval by SD.

We need new mods, there are outstanding posts waiting to be 'approved' there is one from me and another from a new member daveyrailings that I know of... and if they just get ignored the new members will fuck off.
I emailed Butty but had no response, hope we dont turn up one day and find the server has been switched off

That's why I ant paid subscription. I know it's not a lot, but I keep expecting the lights to go out
