Hi Peeps!

Just wondered if anyone knew where to get some decent samples in either mp3 or wav format online.

I'd like to get oldskool hardcore or hardcore breaks samples but can't seem to find any! :(

I'm new to all this so i need all the help i can get! :$ :D

Please help!! :S

Thanks in advance!

I assume you have tune building software and intend to put a track together? If i assume correctly there are a few options here. 1st you could try to snip out a bar of just bass from an exsisting tune and loop it, or better still you take tiny snips of just the bass and snare notes then arrange them into your own bass loop ;) But don't thank me 4 that last tip coz it was DJ Monty that told me how to do that a while ago :D

Hope this helps

just to jump on and slightly hijack the thread...808/909's are top bill.............from what i beleive, just incorperate the the bassline in conjunction into the percussion....as a rule.........never bring in over sampled parts to a tune unless the percussion/breaks/bass is flowing..............imo thats the heart to a tune................im sure you already know this, but it is a golden must:thumbsup:

best of luck mate, and keep us posted on the progression;)
