I find it very disturbing that we do not realise that Deliah Smith wrote alot of books.

I have seen her do a wicked drag back on the dough bowl whilst stirring the shocolate cake mix at standard speed. The dough then kicks in and emits that uplifting sound so unique to Deliah.
