Discogs dispute?

Is there a dispute resolution centre for Discogs? I purchased a copy of Loose Joints - Is It All Over My Face? (Vinyl) at Discogs for $20 for a mint copy. However the Frence seller then charged $10 for postage which I questions but told simply Paypal Fees!! Reluctantly I paid 3 weeks ago.

I have since had records from America etc etc but nothing from France. The guy is now not answering e-mails and Im now also concerned over whether the record is an original pressing or later bootleg?

Why? Please dont let Discogs become like Fleabay, full of shite sellers?

If you paid by Paypal commence a Paypal dispute.

Don't hang about either. I had some fucker not send vinyl a few months back, having strung me along for a bit with various tall tales and then not replying to mails.
Paypal only deal with disputes for a set time, if memory serves it's 4 weeks?? You're covered up 'til then but they won't chase up a dispute once the cut-off period has passed....

For everybody elses interest, Paypal disputes have to be raised within 45 days and good news for me is that the seller has the money removed from their account immediately into a holding account whilst dispute is investigated.
