does anyone know about building web pages

only need basics here to get started on a simple web page!

its needed for hosting a few mixs etc etc........

weve bought a domain name and been given an http addy!

However im unsure how front the page itself and get the mixes into the host.

ive tried using coffecup and page breeze but its all gone way opver my head...if anyone can give me a few ideas or tip etc id be very greatful

search online for webpage templates, there are bound to be 100s out there

try and get one thats step by step for novices

managed to suss it out last by simply typing in html codes into wordpad etc etc - quite good fun when you get into it! looks like my little blackburn project has begun gonna take some doin tho lol

Frontpage is easy as pie, if you have MS Office, it's usually installed with that.

Gives you 3 views

1 window where you type your text in etc
1 window which shows the code
1 preview window, how it'll look when you load it in a browser

There's a help guide built it that's easy to follow too.

I'd suggest using that

as i need really isd a front page! gonna be a journal type thingy for all blackburn blurbs and pics and cuttings etcetc just something for peeps to read and see

theres too much in the way of southern nostalgia bout time the north west got the respect it deserves....thanks to this place and the like its getting there......
