Nortan keeps flagging up an alert say medium risk.. says IQWLR.X.EXE is attepmting to contact the internet, dose anybody know what this is??

the way i look at it is, if google dont come up with any results for it then more likely than not its a virus that is either new or that whoever put it there has randomly changed the name of? i mean if it was a file to do with the operating system or a program then google would yeald numerous results
