For people in rural areas - it didnt bother them as prices were low - BUT they are worried that more and more cars will drive through green spots, making them busy, dangerous and littered areas.A man who commuted to the city could not afford the charges 5 days a week, and so had to get the train. This wasted about 4 hours of his day as he lived in an area where public transport was not very good.A large family who lived in a normal town said that it would not effect them much. It would be the same cost for them to get the bus to work or to drive.The only concern they had was that they would have to budget more for their holidays, in which they used major motorways and roads to drive to their destination.</blockquote>
