driver help please

:cry: hi all
am having a right s**t time with my computer once again.
i had problems and some lad opened up my computer and decided to un plug my cd drive and dvd drive and has just plug them back in. :mad:
and guess what THEY ARNT WORKING :crazy:
1. they dont show in my computer
2. if i go control panel > systum > device manager > it shows

ALI m5229 pci bus master IDE controller
primary IDE controller ( dual fifo )
secondary controller ( dual fifo) with yellow circles infront

My computer is a Made by TIME so i when problems have happend before i go to www.timecomputer.co.uk and then to drivers.But now im getting this message = FORBIDDEN> you do not have permission to acesss / on this server :mad: please please please one of yous must be able to help me i really need to get some work done :(

yes m8 i have tryed to update the driver but its says its already got the most updated driver :crazy: still with those yellow circles on front :cry:
