Need some help on how to copy a dvd..?

The dvd is a copy anyway..?

I have nero is that any good..?

Yeah, just do a 'direct copy' in nero, as long as it's under 4.7 gig

What size is the copy? if it's a new dual layer jobby, that might explain why?

You can always use a prog called DVDshrink to compress it down and re-burn it
