Spain really went for it, they played their best players and created plenty of chances. They were unlucky not to have scored but still it was a great result for England, just to keep a clean sheet against the world champs is a magnificent achievement. Tonight against Sweden we created loads of chances and wasted them. Still a win and another clean shet.:D

about as good as they were b4 the spain game tbh. not very good. we're 5th or 6th best team in the competition,at best.anything could happen tho look at greece but they played as a team. A bit like england did against spain but when the (g)olden generation come back ie gerrard n ferdinand n co it'll be back to the same old england-quality players but no team.

It doesnt matter how good England play in qualification or friendly's when it comes to the crunch England cant play tournament football - fact. Dont waste your energy thinking this could be their time because of a couple of 1-0 wins. :naughty:

Play the youngsters, we have tried everything else with no luck. Don't bring back in the big name players..... I liked the way we looked against Sweden.
