being a liverpool fan it obvious that I'm biased, but was this not one of the epic FA Cup 3rd round ties of all time.

Even though (or should that be despite) of my allegiance I found myself thinking that Luton had done enough to at least deserve a reply until that mad 10-15 min spell.

True cup magic

I am a huge football fan, and up until a certain Mr Houllier left Liverpool, they were rapidly becoming my most hated club in UK football - they made me fall asleep whilst watching a Big Cup game whilst sat watching it in my hotel room of the time. I still haven't quite forgiven them for that.
That said, I now quite enjoy watching Liverpool now - and I have to say that the game today was as good an FA Cup tie as I have seen.

I kind-of-a agree that Luton did enough to deserve a replay but I had money on the Scousers, so the win was all I was after. $$ :$ $$

i sent all my scouser mates a text when luton were winning 3-1 think i shouldve waited considering the feckers had the last laff sending me texts back saying 5-3 :|

lmao i thought you might have learnt from the champions league final muffs ;)

it was a great game for a neutral, but for reds fans it wasn't the greatest game we've ever watched. i was made up for Sinama Pongolle. he's fought hard to keep himself in the squad, he's a tidy player on the ball, would be nice to see him step up a level and become a great player because i think he's got a great attitude and works hard, but i'm not sure he has it in him unfortunately. 2 class goals thou !!
