I woke up on Saturday morning with a pulled muscle in my leg. I can still hardly walk.

I'd already agreed to go and got a seat on the coach before I knew about your birthday so mucho apologies for not being able to make it.

I'm planning a trip down to london soon. Going Paintballing in the day (your all welcome to come along) and then partying with you old types in the evening.. I need to meet jaxxy in person and explain the power of the french fancy to him
