Absolutely brilliant grover, nice one!

I used to have a mate that would always sing this song and say it was his favourite ever. Really musically clued up and seemed to know everybody and said he could get me an audition for a dj spot at Angels after I played him a mixtape once lol. It was the best mixtape i'd ever done at that point though and he named all the samples in the tracks on it:cool: I know I wasn't good enough though and wasn't really interested anyway, but it meant a lot to me at the time:thumbsup: :D

Brought back a lot of memories that did even with the flashbacks, musical and visual effects and the tripping:thumbsup: :)

aye New order - tru faith was a beaute , they used to show that in cinemas round our way before the film . Another fav ,though later, is Beastie boys - Sabotage which is as class as you'll get. Not seen much of the Aphex ones , but after seeing that "Rubber Johnny" film on warp, would like too , think someone on here put a link to that one and it was mad as fook, loved it . Remember i liked Stakker at the time , because knowone had really seen else much like it.

A fave vid (and tune too) is Chem Bros - Star Guitar. Fascinating and seems to get better each time you watch it and spot something else. I like clever vids like this. Kylie Come in to My Life was good like that too. Funny/mad stuff like Cure videos by Tim Pope ("Why C*nt I Be You?";) )

I watched some of those 'top 100 greatest pop videos of all time' things over Christmas. Can't say I was particularly impressed with any of them on the Channel 4 programme: http://www.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/G/greatest/pop_videos/results.html
Channel 5 did one with stuff like Foo Fighters - Learn to Fly, Chem Bros - Believe, Beastie Boys - Sabotage in there which was better.

I missed seeing a lot of the late 80s/early 90s dance videos because noone ever showed them. Occassionally MTV Dance do their top oldskool vids and there are some real gems in there and it seems compulsory for them to include Altern-8 in there somewhere :D
