SKITTLE VODKA
- 6 packets of Skittles
- Bottle of Vodka
1. Open the bottle of vodka
2. Empty out about 3-4 shots of the vodka into a smaller empty bottle.
3. Open the first packet of skittles
4. Remove Green Skittles
5. Add all other skittles to the main vodka bottle.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for other 5 packets of skittles.
7. Add all the green skittles to the vodka which was initially removed.
8. Leave over night (not in fridge).
9. Wake up and put bottles in fridge.
10. Remove bottles from fridge that night - note skittles have completely dissolved - and PARTY!

Result : One bottle of sweet sweet red vodka, which goes down smooth as summer fruit . It's as lethal as they come because to all intensive purposes it is straight vodka and also because its full of sugar.

One bottle of green, which tastes quite Limey. Obvious question : why remove the greens? - If you don't you end up with a brown drink which looks mingin' and no-one will drink it. :D

how mint does that sound! defo one to try out soon methinks

These two sound extra nice to me ;)

Does anyone have the instructions how to make these or do you use the same sort of rules as the skittles vodka ?

Its really quite simple, but you ideally you need some empty vodka bottles, and at least 24 hours

1. Buy a litre of vodka, pour half into an empty bottle
2. Cut all the chocolate sweets into very small pieces that can fit into the opening
3. Add to the vodka
4. Leave overnight to dissolve, possibly 2 nights.
5. If it hasnt dissolved shake until all smaller pieces have gone

Chocolate takes ages break down, but its worth it. Pear Drops need crushing before adding to the vodka

When I shared a flat in Manchester we had a party and we made about 15 bottles of the stuff, all different flavours. Our kid gave me the idea, he used to work in a bar in Birmingham that served them behind the bar, and hes a bit of an expert at making them

Everyone was mullered, and if ASBOs wouldve been around, we'd have got one :D

Woody, top idea about leaving the green ones out, hadnt thought of that

didnt revolution used to do these (or still do?) They sounded well nice, like mars bar and milky way vodka
caramac vodka would be nice. :p

ooooh we could do an osa cocktail book

slip in some baileys as well

another option (not too much mind) is to drop some vanilla essence in - not too much or its overpowering - just enough to add a little roundness to the vodka

happy blitzing

;o)
