im wanting to transfer mixes i have recorded straigt from mixer to laptop...and now i want them on here....laptop to pc....how owuld one do this??? usb???

Only an idea Jamie hun and i may be wrong....but if u r wishing to put up mixes on here u may need to get sum web space or ask sum1 to host them for u...is that wot u mean...not really a genius wi owt like that but i know u can only upload 1mb of info onto here without havin the need to host ur stuff.......mind u....u have web space dont you.....so i will shut up! 
no, just from laptop to pc coz our mates pc has loadsa memory and ye olde laptop doesnt...so i just want em on the pc. no intentions of putting em on here...(yet) ha ha)

can u not just xfer the file from the lap top to the hard drive of the pc.......via e mail or summat like that? :|

Well there go the simple options for me then it looks like u are defo gonna av to hook up ur lap top to the pc but someone a little more at 1 wi this stuff will av to advise cus i aint got the foggyest...lol......

Get yersel a USB Data Bridge. It's dead simple and very cheap and effective. Don't mess about with network cards etc. If all you want to do is whip over some files then the Data Bridge (otherwise known as "Laplink") is the best option fella.
