..but I think its quite beautiful to be able to have that level of awareness and union with a partner. If you think about the nicest most loving sex you've ever hadits probably due to the awareness you had of yourself, your partner and your body.

 & never breaking eye contact, noticing everything about the person you love while looking deep into their eyes :D

That's it. Its awareness, mindfulness at the end of the day and complete acceptance of yourself and the person you are with.

Speaking from experience, how often have you had sex and barely noticed who you were doing, pretty much away in your own mind with your own thoughts and fantasies. I'd say an awful lot of the sex I had in my 20's was like that. I enjoyed it don't get me wrong, but I think it can be a lot more meaningful.

I'm a hopeless romantic though, maybe what women want is a damn good seeing to.

 Anything else is a glorified wank imo.... which is why I can't be arsed with meaningless sex... whilst it can be exciting being in the moment & if you take it at face value it's great for what it is... but it is the equivalant of eating a whole tub of Haagen Daaz to yourself in one sitting.... momentary pleasure followed by a mild feeling of self-loathing & nausea :D

my younger sister sleeps really deeply and one time when we were younger we were coming back from wales after a day to the seaside and she had fallen asleep in the back of the car and slept for most of the way home. Anyway my dad shook her to wake her up and nothing...........my mum tried and nothing.....my mum started to panic thinking my sister had died in the back of the car, it was awful for those few mins trying to get her to wake up - which she did of course to 'whats going on....why you all standing round me!!"
We got used to her doing it after that - doctor said it was nothing to worry about but it did give us a right scare!!!!
Now all i do if she wont wake up straight away is feel for a pulse - if shes still got one im not worrying, lol
