Are these type of forums easy to set up configure and also which is the best to use and are they free? - Must admit i do like this type the vbulletin ones the best is that free to use?
They are all fairly easy to set up, this is probably the easiest, but you do need a license for it, so its not free.
Free ones that are good are phpbb and invision, there's a lot of other free ones too, just make sure the server you are installing it on supports php and sql

Gutted i knew the one id like wouldnt be free.... yeah the server supports sql and php.
