To add to this weeks 'everythings going wrong' scenario, I got into work this morning to find that one of the telephone exchange box thingys had been burnt down and non of our internal lines or computers were working.

I am now sat here waiting for someone to come from our head office MILES and MILES away to deliver a bloody disk so I can use another system.

I am vexed, angry and stressed
