On the 8th Sept I ordered 2 very rare black dog 12" - Age of slack & Techno playtime for £40 each which i thought was low from the seller DOTMUSIK in Australia. A few days later I recieved a Gemm email saying items cancelled by seller, I then got an email from a guy called Charles Ellis saying he didnt know what had gone on but it had been cancelled automatically and that he had already sent the records and hoped i was trustworthy enought to send him the money. At first he seemed genuine enough , he had asked for my wantlist which i sent him and I couldnt believe my eyes when he sent a reply saying he had.

He said he only wanted £15 each this made me suspicious , i mean 'as if' he would have 2 PKA whites and 3 grey up norths and then flog em for £15 !
I then didnt send the money until I recieved the records and to this day I havent recieved them. I sent a few mails over time letting him no I hadnt recieved them , and he would reply just give it a bit longer, he asked whether I had sent the money and i told him i will when i recieve the records as I have no comeback with him as the sale was done outside of GEMM he said ok . I sent him another email a week ago saying I still havent recieved the records and he replied saying he had stopped the records when i told him i hadnt sent payment? Wtf ! This was 2 months after he said he had sent them , I mean how the hell are you supposed do do that ?
I noticed the guy doesnt have any feedback on GEMM which is proberbly because he cancels all the orders and tries this trick. I have sent him a harsh email this week to the tune that he was trying to rip me off and then recieved an email of a Mark Ellis (relative by any chance?
) pretending to be another music shop and that he has been dealing with them for 5 years , Its sounded slightly enuine but at the end there was a p.s with "And by the way i bought the black dog 12 off them that u
wanted so to bad"
