steamed yardie fish with rice & gunga peas & gravey
any saltwater fish , masla, chilli powder or fresh ,lemon slices, onions , mushrooms
rice & gunga peas(or kidney beans) ,gravey
mix the masla chilli onions & mushrooms together , place the fish in sum foil & put the mix under & over the fish ,but place the lemon on top of the fish ,fold the foil to make a ball type cover , steam 4 about 20 mins , use the juice from fish to mix in with ya gravey , use tinned gunga peas in the rice (use the water from tin for the rice to give it a colour) boil your rice as norm ,
put the gravey on the side of ya plate not on the food , and there u go
