fucking soundforge drives me mad. have my device plugged into line-in of pc. Can hear input source coming out of speakers but am not getting a reading and any recording using any software ie:- real producer, soundforge have no sound. Am getting really peed off. This has happened before but i can't remember how i sorted it

sounds obvious but have u checked that the line in mute box aint checked on yer volume controls mate

default is mute i think.....
