I think I'm at that time of my life where social & employment responsibility and a dedicated family life has taken control. How I look back with glassy eyes in remberance of those halcyon days back in '92 when I counted the hours until Friday approached, finishing work, joining up with the rest of the crew and making plans for the trip to Maximes, The hacienda, Quadrant park or wherever was hosting top local and guest DJ's. I can still feel the adrenelin and stomache churns when I think about those summer nights queueing outside Wigan Pier with all the other clubbers waiting for that first rush or spinal chill. Getting closer to the door, you hear a tune that you love pumping out over the noise of people chatting loudly, laughing, they're on the way up now. The atmosphere electric, then you see it, the condensation rising out from the door, the noise rising to a creshendo of bass and piano. The simple fact that no one give a shit about causing a ruck and everyone seemed equal in thier personal quest for having a tremendous time......making friends, exchanging numbers and meeting up next week for a bit of the same. Then there were the girls........, the vicks vapour rub and, oh yes, the girls. And there's still a saturday left untouched  Will those days ever return?........if I could bottle it, I would make a fortune!
