good price?

got offered a copy of this for £147 the day before yesterday:

Peas & Beans Of Consciousness, The - Stomper (Vinyl) at Discogs

now i know it's a great tune, it's rare as rocking horse shit and it went at that price inside a day lol

i turned it down cos i got other things i'd rather spend my cash on at the moment, just wondered if anyone could say if that was a fair price or not?

Worth about a fiver to me, don't really rate it at all

no one bit of vinyl is worth that to me, i like the tune but i could buy 20-30 other good tunes for that money

having said that tho it's nowhere near the most expensive i've ever seen a tune go for:

Motown vinyl sells for record breaking £25,000 | News | NME.COM

u'd have to put that in a glass case or sommat and never touch it again. for me vinyl is for playing and enjoying, not putting away to gather dust
