:fekked: :fekked: :fekked: :fekked: :fekked: :fekked: :fekked: I know exactly where your coming from Alec mate. Its not that you are digging at demand or even people seeing an opportunity for themselves, it is more at the blatant rip-off off what was Rave. I started going out to Bowlers in 93 and it was still very much underground until approx late 95 ish when I started hearing people like Clock and Housetraffic in the charts and kids were listening. i WAS THINKING 'wHAT THE hells happening here'. Although I understand that money is important and sometimes you have to take the opportunity to better yourself financially, I have FAR MORE respect for the DJ's who have stayed true to the scene and its traditions by contiuing to do what they did 10,12 years back. I always feel a little disheartened by the fact that it is more mainstrem nowadays and look back on years ago with a hell of alot of emotion if ya know what I mean. All I can say though is, THANKGOD for GT cos I havent found anywhere which recreates not just the tunes but the loved up easy going friendly atmosphere of Bowlers and that era in General and I hope to God that it stays that way and doesnt turn into a house full of attitude. Old Skool Hardcore and Classic Piano is the best fekkin music EVER.:) :) :) :)
