I am a mechanical engineer with 15 years heavy engineering experience in both hands on maitenance and management and I can fix and repair almost anything both industrial and domestic.......I can offer advice and basic help over the forum for any thing from a dodgy washing machine at home to building an extension or completing a degree to motivating a team. I have sat on many interview panels and managed recruitment programmes.
