Well folks it finally arrived, GT back home in huddersfield . . . and what a night.
Got there at bout 10.30ish and entered the new furbished home of GT. Straight to the bar and then have a wander round.
Paul H was on the dex . . . i've not heard him play for aaaaaages now and his set was worth the wait playing some beeeeasts such as: denise lopez, awesome 3 and to top off his nice mixing of a good selection of tunes he did some top scratching
11:00pm and the club was rammed, ya couldn't move the place was like a sweat box, due to the air con not working but still ppl stayed on the dancefloor.
Up next was steeeeeeeeeeeeve huxley, whos mixing was bob on . . . couldn't even tell when ya were mixin them . . . on minute theres one tune on then BANG!!! out of no where another phones:
He played a nice arrangement of huge piano anthems . . . such as: love inc, disco bros and i think jk??? :S anyways, well done mate another quality set, you are a very talented dj phones:
12 am was now here, the whole club was bouncing up and down enjoying themselves to the max the heat was ridiculously hot but it didn't stop the now mad for it crowd
On the dex next was one dj who I have also missed, HAIGHY (good to see ya again mate) Big thanks to him for starting his set with my requested tune:
reese project - colour of love phones: The whole place went bananas when it kicked in. Well done mate, ya just picked up nicely where ste left off. Tune after tune after tune
The heat was now getting to me and decided to take over on the door so that mr fisher could go have a dance Pretty much sat there till the end of the night then, chatting to many a random person
Caught some of eddys set playing the usual mixture of uk and italo phones: especially loved it when he slammed def la desh on (ya twat, wish i wouldn't have swapped it wit ya now ) Think i also heard jill and living house quality
Ppl was still coming into the club right up to the end of the night, paying a fiver still at 3:15am
Saw lots of familiar faces and met quite a few new ones not a bad turn out from OSA too, shock of the night was seeing

Last but not least a big, huge, massive nuff respect to ben and eddy for bringing GT back to where it belongs lads thank you, you aimed to please and did just that
GT spoke for itself last night attracting yet another capacity crowd, creating a nice atmosphere and having the crowd shout for one more tune at the end of the night
