Joined up as this seems like a really cool forum for old Hacienda info/MIXES
I went there from 89 till it closed, but my main time was 89-94.
From Sheffield but drove over every Saturday and never missed a Graeme Park saturday, i have loads of mix tapes i used to buy of him, by knocking on his little door AND PAYING £10! ,which was last weeks set so a good sound track to drive home with.
Going to dig them out, i have started trying to find a track thats on one of the tapes, pretty sure it is a snap sample (power), or maybe a remix but it goes on for about 15mins, he used to play this mix every so often its like it was 3 different mixes of the track with the word "Power" in it, if that makes any sense at all.. Any way looking for to taking part!, ill upload the tape dates first on here, just in case you have them all, if not and anybody wants copies, feel free to ask.
