For me the customer services has gone down the pan since they were taken over by the company that owns all the major brands like Police and Ray Ban.I've had about 8 or 9 pairs over the years and sent 3 back for repair and their customer service used to be second to none, but after one of the stems broke off a recent pair and I sent them an email to get a return number or box to pack them in, or at the very least telling me to take them to a local Oakley dealer for them to return them as in the good old days before they were taken over, they just didn't bother replying to my emails:jack: Glad you had good service John, but for me it's a different story:|</blockquote>
