Hello everybody... I started clubbing in the mid-80s and was a regular at some of the early acid clubs in London – Spectrum, Shoom, Trip, Love, etc... I worked as a music journalist in the 80s and 90s and wrote about tons of dance stuff too...

Still listening to lots of old house and techno now... One of the mags I worked for back in the day was Muzik and I’ve just set up a Facebook page for Muzik which you’re all very welcome to “like”...

How long were you writing for Muzik mag? I used to like that publication when it first started and then it sort of drifted along the same lines as Mix-Mag and DJ so I stopped reading it.

I was part of the team that started Muzik and I was the editor from Issue 1 up until around Issue 40. I agree with you that the mag lost its way during its later years, which was a shame. To be honest, I didn't read it for the last couple years before it was closed down. I was still sad to see it go, mind.
