It's bad enough that I'm addicted to oldskool records that I have to buy out of the UK, only like Allen & Heath mixers (out of the UK) and considered buying a Lotus Elise a few years back...and NOW I'm addicted to New Balance 410 shoes. Sadly (for me) all the cool colors and designs are only sold in the UK and New Balance UK won't ship them to me (I'm in Brooklyn, NY).
I tried buying 3 pairs online a few weeks ago and was then told that New Balance UK won't ship to the US and they couldn't tell me any distributors in the UK that had them for sale on-line. A year ago I had one of my sisters friends buy 2 pairs of these shoes, and then mail them to me in the US, but he no longer works in the UK.
I was hoping to find someone to help me continue my addiction and let me order the shoes to their address in UK and then have the shoes mailed to me in the US? Of course I'd send you money through paypal first (this is not a Nigerian money scam) and also add in money for the shipping to the US. I don't have any really rare records or doubles I can offer as incentive.
Check out New Balance (UK) - Home and then New Balance click on "shop" on each of the pages and then look at "lifestyle" shoes or just search for model 410. You'll notice lots of cool colors in the UK and then very limited and now gaudy (vinyl shiny) shoes for the US.
If anyone wants a NY souvenier I'd be happy to throw that in too. Feel free to PM me if anyone is interested.
