help please id this tune

can somebody help me please i am after the name of a tune from around early to mid 90's its on fantastic records ok here goes
it starts of slighty tribal and then kicks in to a brilliant piano breakdown
there are some lyrics but i'm not to sure what they are
they sound like coz i want ya please p p ppp p p please hey hey ?
