help please

need a hand with this 1 folks
got problems downloading,u right click and save as then save the file under whatever then nothing happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please can any1 help

try unticking the bit in the download box which says


"CLOSE WINDOW AFTER DOWNLOAD IS COMPLETE"


somat like that anyways , or just go to the file where you downloaded to

thing is it does'nt get to the download box,so i fairly positive it does'nt download at all. cant see if it does or not
