HELP!! Technics 1210 arm problem - repair service??

Hi

One of my beloved babies is poorly

The arm of my 1210 deck has suddenly gone stiff and there is some tension in it?

There is a slight bit of sidewards force on the arm.. this causes it to make record jump.

Any ideas how to fix?

I’m not too techy so if it’s too complicated please can anyone recommend someone who services in Manchester?

Pretty sure it’s minor but wanna get em back up m running

Never met the chap before, I know a couple others have used but if you are round Manchester he probably can help.

A couple of other guys got mentioned but this guys was literally 15 mins from my house n all sorted within 20 mins whilst o waited
