Like a mug I have bought a VCI 100MkII after previously having and selling 2x Vestax VCI300. Likely that the 100 will last a little longer as may be part of long term plans.

Anyway it was an impulse buy (as usual) so I did not research it at all. To my disapointment you are not able to convert the platters to CDr emulator rather than a scratch platter? Im using Traktor pro 2 although do have pro scratch pro 2 also, which is better?

Thanks

S....why do I buy things I dont understand??

Kiss me brown eye
So you sold 2 better controllers, that can run Serato Itch which has the best scratch emulation for the VCI300 available? :fekked:
Ean Golden's website favours Traktor & VCI 100 mapping so i'd look over there for tips

Cheers U31, I did not get on with the VCI300 and Itch due to delays and just not being the right bit of software for me. The VCI100 mkII feels realy nice and has all of the features of the 300 and more. I am having some issues with Traktor and set up but im sure I will over come this. I am also having to buy some new phono to 1/4 inch jacks for monitors where the 300 ran from jack to jack.

Sorted platter issue out....simply turn sensors down to nil!

I will carry on with it for a while and see how it goes. There still seems to be a slight issue with delays/latencies which I dont seem to be able to overcome?
