So at the risk of sounding like a nutcase, here goes!  The lyrics are something like this, " It makes me come around, it makes me come around, the mocka sound, let me go! go bananas, go bananas, go bananas, go go go bananas, let me go!" and then further on in the song, " Jump around, jump around, shake your body and get on down, this is the music of the mocka sound, let me go! go bananas go go go bananas........... ect.  It has a reggae sound about it, like a reggae/jamaican singer but it is a belter of a tune. i dont know if they are the exact lyrics, but thats what it sounds like.
