hooking up pc to lcd tv help plz

hi there i have been wondering how to connect my pc to my lcd tv. my tv has a pc in conector on the back, which looks the same as on a monitor. but what i really want to know is, is it possible to buy some kind of splitter or double connector, so that i can have both my monitor and tv constantly wired into my tower so that i dont have to keep unplugging wires and swapping them from tv to monitor and viceversa

nice one i think that splitter lead is what i will need, wasn't sure if such a thing existed i will look into it cheers pal.
