hosting mixes for osa

what is the best site for hosting mixes for osa? im having trouble looking though the different sites deciding which one. can u help??

What i do is use Flash FXP to upload files to the webspace.

once you've downloaded & installed it go to SESSION, QUICK CONNECT.
Server or URL= ftp.freewebtown.com
User Name = is your login id/user name
Password = is your password

and from the top box select the file you want to upload, then drag and drop it in the box on the left-hand side

once its uploaded right click the file on the web space and go down to COPY URL and paste the link where you want
