Message: <blockquote data-quote="STUART" data-source="post: 647178" data-attributes="member: 544">i recently got a paypal message saying they are to refund someone for items that HE says didnt turn up.the guy has 5 feedback 85% and non payment items strikes of which he has been kicked off by ebay therefore no longer registered.i sent the items to spain value total £42.57 i know hes got them but paypal have now decided that they are processing the refund from my account no matter what i say.judging by his feedback and non payment strikes hes taking the piss after buying these and now trying to claim some money back.what can i do to contact paypal , will they take notice ???stu</blockquote>
