you need to get the pic on some webspace or find one thats already on the web..
then go to user cp, edit profile then in the signature block put the address of the pic inbetween two image brackets
{img}http://www.address.co/pic.jpg{/img}
but the brackets have to be square ones [ and ] and its /img in the last bracket.
