well ive sorted it out from the pc but the sound system is shit here at my mates so u cant really hear mixes, at my house its okay, and i thought if i do a live stream when im doing a set at places they might ACTUALLY FUCKING PAY ME!!!!

Only just started usin simplecast and, as the name suggests, it is a bit simpler than usin' shoutcast an winamp. I've only used it hooked upto the PR server as yet, but from what I can tell, you can hook it upto the free shoutcast server (as well as the Live365,Icecast2 and Windows Media Servers) so ya don't have to stream thro' winamp.
The shoutcast an winamp way is not too complicated once ya get it sorted, its just a case of reading teh instructions a fair few times!
