Unfortunately he will not be able to decline that payment. Generally speaking, the only payments you are given the option to decline are those sent in a currency other than that in which your account is set-up ie a payment in euros being sent to a GBP pounds account. I can't remember if this shows as a pending payment at the buyer's end though, so that could cause some confusion, although I would assume it does.</p></blockquote><p></p>
