Hi peeps,need some advice on how ya go about booking a oldskool dj,some1 whos in the scene already and some 1 who djd back in the dayz.Also what is the going rate in pound sterling for them for the night.It will be on a thursday (t.b.c)and the dwelling will av at least 150 in attendance in a tidy joint.Cut a long story short its for a afghan war hero whos my cousin and were throwing a massive party for his return.Its a good few month off approx 4-6 but i wanna get a head start as i can imagine it can be quite stressful,and i dont do stress,n e help would be cool.This is a 1 night thing only so no flier is gonna be on the circuit its just for family and friends but if n e 1 off osa is welcome to come.There will be all tools for the job for them and the sound system is awsome,hope some 1 can help:thumbsup: :)

Just read my thread ,sounded a little bias towards the new djs out there,with me stating that i wanted 1 from back in the dayz,just wanna say i know there r some great new djs who r as good if not better but i want 1 that our kid will be so suprised with as hes probably boomed to em in the early 90s as hes a oldskool lover.just thought id clear that up :)
